Fulfillment Policies

1. Refund Policy:

   - All payments made for coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, group calls, custom plans, and text support, are non-refundable.

   - By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not file chargebacks or payment disputes via Stripe or other payment platforms.

2. Delivery Policy:

   - One-on-One Coaching: Scheduled sessions are delivered online through video conferencing. Clients will receive calendar invites and reminders.

   - Group Calls: Calls are hosted online. Participants will receive access links at least 24 hours prior to the session.

   - Custom Plans: Plans are delivered electronically via email or through our preferred coaching platforms (Trainerize and Evolution Nutrition) within 5 business days of the initial consultation.

   - 24/7 Text Support: Available upon payment confirmation. Clients will be provided a direct communication line upon enrollment.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   - For one-on-one coaching sessions, cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations will be forfeited without refund.

   - Group fitness calls cannot be rescheduled or refunded once access links have been provided.

4. Return Policy:

   - As our services are digital and customized, returns are not applicable.
